Terms & Conditions

1. Who is ineligible for Permanent Makeup ?

  • Under 18 years of age

  • Pregnant or Breastfeeding

  • Active skin cancer in treated area

  • Skin disorders such as eczema or psoriasis in the area to be treated such as acne, sunburn, or rashes

  • History of allergy to makeup and pigmentation

  • History of post inflammatory hyperpigmentation or keloid scarring

  • Diabetes

  • Healing disorder

  • Hepatitis or HIV

  • Hemophiliac

  • Undergoing chemotherapy( Must be no less than 7 months ago from date of procedure)

2. What should things to avoid before your treatment ?

  • Do not take any prescription blood thinners at least 48 hours prior to and after your procedure.

  • Do not take aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E, niacin, or drink excessive alcohol at least 48 hours prior to and after your procedure.

  • Limit the amount of caffeine you consume the morning of your appointment.​

  • Limit the amount of caffeine you consume the morning of your appointment.

  • Do not take any prescription blood thinners at least 48 hours prior to and after your procedure.

  • Discontinue any vitamin A skin care products (Retin-A, retinols) close to the enhancement area at least 2 weeks prior to your procedure. (We recommend NOT using these products over or around the lip ared after you receive permanent makeup. It could cause fading.)

  • No laser or electrolysis on or around the treatment area 1 week prior to procedure.

  • Do not have any chemical peels, dermabrasions, mesotherapy, or any other intense treatments which will cause faster skin cell rejuvenating and cause skin irritation 3-4 weeks before procedure.

  • No Botox in the procedure are less than 2 weeks prior or fillers in the procedure area less than 2 months prior.

  • Plan trips or events a minimum

  • Avoid Sun and tanning bed exposure for 3 weeks BEFORE *and AFTER the procedure.

3. What is the policy for deposit fee ?

  • All appointments require a deposit fee that will go towards your service. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. Cancellation for any reason will result in forfeiting your deposit.

  • All reschedules require a minimum of 72 hours notice in order for the deposit to be applied to a future appointment.

  • Any reschedules/cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment will forfeit the total deposit and you will be required to submit another non-refundable deposit.

  • If an appointment is rescheduled more than three times outside of the 72 hours notice period or deemed as no-show, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • By submitting a deposit, you hereby are agreeing to this policy and will be held to this agreement if such an event were to occur.

4. What is the AGREEMENT  for the day procedure ?

  • No shows will not be able to book another future appointment.

  • Late policy: please let us know if you are running late. You have a 15 minute grace period before your appointment gets cancelled.

  • You will receive an the TEXT confirmation upon booking and  reminder sent out 72 hours in advance. Make sure to read everything on the TEXT to achieve the best outcome for your service.

  • NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ALLOWED due to unwanted distractions.

  • All services that were provided are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. If there are any issues, we will try our best to correct them. Everyone's skin takes in permanent make up differently, therefore, we cannot guarantee a 100% successful result.

  • Results may vary due to the individuals skin type, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, use of medications, and aftercare.

  • Photos and videos will be taken before, during, and after the procedure for marketing purposes.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for any reason

  • Prices are subject to change at any time WITHOUT NOTICE
